Highland Logistics

Top service!

I used their services to move from one house to another within a short distance. The team was supposed to consist of 3 movers, but only 2 showed up, which meant I had to help all day just to stay on track. All the furniture was already disassembled and all belongings were packed in boxes or bags, sorted by type: heavy, bulky, fragile and boxes. Still, they managed to mix items, damage fragile items and even break some furniture parts. No inventory was done before the move started and they forgot to load key items like the washing machine and mattress first, which caused a lot of time to be wasted rearranging what was already loaded into the truck. I suspect this wasn't their regular team - more like subcontractors. They did what they could but there was a clear lack of moving knowledge and experience. As for the company itself: the website looks good but communication is very slow (no answer to my email). Not all concerns get answered, which can be frustrating - especially for someone moving house for the first time. It seems the manager or owner, Reda, is busy working and doesn't have time to respond quickly. If there's supposed to be someone handling communication 24/7, they might be on vacation - or maybe there just isn't anyone. If not, I strongly recommend hiring someone as it would improve the service a lot. 3 stars for the truck, trolley and muscles. 0 stars for the service. Update: We discussed the situation with the owner and I decided to give it 4 stars this time, as they genuinely tried to make things right.

Excellent service, timely communication, competitive price..neat vehicles, friendly and helpful. Packed the items safely and brought to destination delivery address in good order. Highly recommend!
