I needed a certification after paying them 3.420 euro that their installation complies with the expected CE safety standards as required by my VVE. They are not picking up the phone or saying silly excuses for the last 3 weeks. No response to multiple whatsapp, emails, no real response to calls. Are they even doing safe or legal installations? Also good luck with any potential warranty issues you might have. Try at your own risk, one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever had the chance to encounter. BTW they were super friendly and nice when it came to installing the new boiler and getting my money - but honoring their duties after getting paid? Good luck.

Just excellent. Arrived very fast, fixed the problem and gave necessary advice. Very reasonable costs, highly recommend.

Initially, this was a one star review, due to issues refunding an accidentally-double-paid bill, but eventually they made things right and refunded the money.

Never trust this firm or guy. He charged me 572 euros. He told me that he replaced the ventilator. I asked him many times to provide the warranty sticker or the warranty certificate, but he did not answer me. I discovered that he did not change anything; he just cleaned it, although when I asked him to clean it, he said this part cannot be cleaned; it needs to be replaced. for only cleaning. The CV is not working properly again. I keep calling and sending hem, but I get no reply. I rate his service (-10/5)

Very service minded and good in English, and on time. Came back immediately next day for fixing a minor problem with the new boiler. Gave a discount for a part that was just fitted in the old boiler (15 years old!) by them. Clear fully itemized invoice and no extra or hidden costs.
