Bam Boek

I paid for the all inclusive package and they would need to do the TAX returns (which is included in what I pay them). They email me on Wednesday and say that they need the data by Friday and I didn't see the email and now they are like "We will charge you extra since you didn't response on time". Funny, since when i email them, they don't even response to me... so why do I get 1 day to work on your request and you get 2 months to work on mine and never get it done... And they are also super expensive ... for doing nothing VERY disappointed.

Unbelievably expensive and slow. Customer service is not the best either. They do their job but with a little information and a couple of calls to the belastingdienst you can save A LOT of money. Not worth it.

Overall I've had great service with Bamboek! I've mostly worked with Bas who's really helped me not only understand my taxes but also get excited to run my freelance business! He's done a great job of explaining to me in layman terms all the tax, number crunching, hard number stuff that the normal brain is not use to. He's really broken it down so simple for me and it's for that helped me learn to better take opportunities of tax deductions and also helped me invest more in my business so I can continue growing! I appreciate everyones young and hip so we can understand each other better when communication and I also find the uploading of invoices to be easy using a platform instead of the old way of emailing invoices with important info. Special thanks to Bas and also Thomas who although he owns Bamboek is still very much involved in the operations and wants customers to feel supported. Definitely recommend! ✨

Great company with great people. Thomas has helped me out with my ZZP'r tax returns. He was capable, efficient, clear, easy to communicate with and flexible with adjusting the service to my wishes.
