Global Bouw

Appointments are kept, the work done is very good and with eye for detail. The price is right, the people involved work hard but don’t cut corners. At the end of the day, everything is squared away and left clean. Will be doing business again with them. One man nor thing is communication. The workers themselves hardly speak English, Dutch or German, so communication on the job is sometimes a bit difficult. But I have to say, that’s the only thing I can think of that isn’t perfect.

I had once again an excellent experience with Global bouw. Their contractor are professional also very flexible and hard working. They renovated my restaurant and end result was amazing.

I've had poor experience with this construction company. I chose this one based on reviews, which is a huge mistake, because they are not verified. Most 5 star reviews are probably fake or done by people with a minor problems. For larger projects, go find another company, because this will save you a lot of time and money. First of all, the professionalism is non-existent. Most of the workers don't speak english or dutch so you can't communicate efficiently with the workers themselves. The project manager does know english, but he is almost never there. Besides the communication between the project manager, workers and the boss (yes I'm calling you out Dimitri) is non existent. Mistakes are made left and and right which causes delays and they try to charge you for their mistakes as well. At last, they promise a warranty which I'm sure they're not going to follow up on. A job that takes a week will be finished by this company in 2 months. They are spreading their workers way too thin and taking on jobs they don't have enough experience for.

We bought a house and wanted to renovate the top floor to become our master bedroom with a sunny bathroom in it. Globalbouw made it happen! We feel thankful to have had their team working for us :)

We bought our first house and it was renovated by Global Bouw. They turned it into a HOME! Excellent result and unparalleled customer service. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you for everything. We fully recommend them to anyone looking to transform their house.
